There was short shipment When I escalated on email , the reminder shipment was sent. There should be better way to communicate with customer and also there should be proper customer care contact number for online customers issues.

After the order is placed, there was no date given, when it’ll be shipped or reached. Also the liquid leaked little from two of the three bottles (small ones). But the quality of the product, the liquid is good and I’d definitely order again. I also recently come across the franchise are available, so I’d probably try there before ordering online
