Hingwashtaka Churna

Hing meaning Asafoetida and Ashta means Eight.

This wonder powder is made with 8 easily digestible herbal spices to improve digestion, bloating, constipation helps treat anorexia and various Vata disorders. This churna can also be consumed by people with joint diseases and Rheumatoid Arthritis as they are also caused due to Vata imbalance.

Hingvashtaka is safe to be consumed by Lactating mothers. It might also help balance the Vata which is usually out of balance postpartum.

It is best consumed with the first morsel of rice with cow’s ghee.
