Ashwagandha- The Ayurvedic Adaptogen

Ashwagandha is an ancient and revered Ayurvedic herb, often termed the “Indian Ginseng.” Sadvaidyasala’s capsule formulation provides the benefits of the single herb (Ashwagandha) in a convenient dosage form. In Ayurveda, the herb is traditionally used for its adaptogenic properties, which help the body manage stress. The formulation is intended to support the body during times of general debility, stress, and anxiety. The capsules also support bone health and act as a restorative, making them a valuable supplement for overall vitality.

Key Ingredients: The chief ingredient is a powder or extract of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera).

Indications: Indicated for general debility, stress, and anxiety. It is also recommended to promote bone health and act as an adjuvant in Alzheimer’s disease. Historically used as a nervine tonic and restorative for subjects of all ages, and for sexual debility.

Net Quantity: 60 capsules. Each capsule contains 250mg of Ashwagandha extract/powder.
